Who We're Looking For
We're building a team that reflects the community we serve. Strong candidates bring:
• Direct experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities - strongly preferred for roles working directly with the Individuals we serve
• Direct-support experience and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving, growing agency
• A genuine commitment to autonomy, dignity, and self-determination
• Cultural humility and the ability to connect authentically with diverse individuals and families
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication
• Comfort working independently in clients' homes and out in the community
• Bilingual or multilingual ability is a strong plus — we especially welcome speakers of Spanish, Tagalog, Mandarin, and Vietnamese, and are open to all languages
