Supported Living Services (SLS)

We are a dedicated Supported Living Services (SLS) agency, committed to empowering adults with developmental disabilities across California. Our mission is to provide individualized support that fosters independence, dignity, and inclusion in the community, in alignment with Title 17 of the California Code of Regulations and the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act (Lanterman Act).

Under Title 17, we adhere to the highest standards of care by offering services that promote personal choice, self-determination, and a person-centered approach. We work closely with individuals, their families, and regional centers to ensure tailored support that meets unique needs and goals.

Health Advocacy & Medical Coordination

  • At ELSA, we don’t just coordinate health needs — we teach and support individuals to manage these responsibilities themselves. From learning how to track appointments, understand medical follow-ups, and prepare questions for their doctors, to documenting their own health goals and making informed choices, our staff provides guidance every step of the way. Through training, advocacy, and reliable support, we help individuals gain the confidence and independence to take an active role in their own health and well-being.
